A Steam Room is a fully enclosed, airtight space where steam is generated by a steam generator, creating humidity levels up to 100% with temperatures typically ranging between 40–43°C.
The primary purpose of a steam room is to induce sweating for natural detoxification. Beyond relaxation, steam therapy may help relieve chronic headaches, ease cold symptoms, support post-workout recovery, and improve respiratory comfort.
Steam rooms are commonly finished with ceramic tiles, mosaic, or marble, and can be combined with glass elements. The system includes a proper steam circulation setup to ensure even distribution. Seating is usually positioned higher for optimal steam exposure, while lower seating can be installed for a milder steam experience.
